UPCOMING EVENTS Board of Education Jan. 7, Pierre The South Dakota Board of Education will meet at 9 a.m. CST in the Library Commons on first floor of the MacKay Building, 800 Governors Drive, in Pierre. The second of four public hearings will be held on proposed career and technical education standards in several career clusters. An agenda is posted on the Boards and Commissions portal. Principal Effectiveness webinars Jan. 20 April 20 Feb. 17 May 17 March 24 The Department of Education is hosting a Principal Effectiveness webinar series throughout the 2015-16 school year. Principals and superintendents are invited to participate. Webinars will also be recorded and posted on the department’s website. Register at GoSignMeUp.
